What You’ll Do

Curb your taco craving while Chef Robin wheels you through her taco truck inspired menu

Chef Robin will lead you on an edible journey of the taco capital of the U.S.—Austin, Texas.

Learn the keys to the creative classics, from pulled pork to picadillo to a weeknight-approved method for the most piquant fish tacos. You will also learn to make the infamous roasted jalapeno sauce that Austin locals refer to as "green crack" for its addictive heat, as well as a tomatillo salsa that invigorates any taco. Round out the taco-palooza with an Esquites street corn salad and Chef Robin's Dulce de Leche Ice Cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

She has since owned a private dining business and ran the culinary program at Sur La Table. This is in addition to her 10-plus years of experience teaching highly regarded, hands-on cooking classes. Most of all, Chef Robin loves sharing her approach to food and cooking: simple preparations, seasonal ingredients, and global flavors.
