I have traveled around the world as a yacht chef, creating high end dinners for clients from the Straits of Gibraltar to the Gulf of Thailand. I specialize in addressing dietary restrictions, especially gluten-free. I love cooking global cuisines, and have spent time studying a variety of them, including at a retreat in Thailand. I enjoy teaching, and look forward to passing on my knowledge to Cozymeal guests!

This truly was a Moroccan feast. Everything was incredible, from the simple, refreshing carrot salad to the perfectly balanced orange blossom cake with fresh figs. Chef Nicole is a very knowledgeable teacher and has great stories from her travels around the world!
