I was born and raised in Rome. My Father is from Naples and my Mom from Tuscany, both known for excellent cuisine. I've travelled and lived in many countries as a diplomat’s wife. Elisabetta was the best! We had the most fun evening with her. The cooking class was even better than I anticipated. We love to cook pizzas and she taught us an easy and healthy way to make delicious pizzas from scratch. I wanted to do this for my fifteen year old grandson, however, my husband, son, and nephew all loved it.

We booked this Cozymeal pizza making class with Chef Elisabetta and simply had a blast. If I had to sum it up in three word, I would say: DELICIOUS, FUN and RELAXING!

We booked a private pizza making class with Chef Elisabetta and had a wonderful time. The Chef is very knowledgable and did a great job in teaching us how to make good pizza dough. The resulting pizza was delicious and we had a blast in the process of making it.

I had a wonderful experience with Chef Elisabetta! The communication leading up to the event, including expert wine recommendations, was great & she was very responsive. The chef was punctual the day of and was super friendly and conversational from the moment she arrived, setting the tone for a fun & laid-back night. And the food! Every course she made was sensational and truly authentic Italian cooking- healthy, minimal ingredients, and full of amazing flavors! Bonus: we had tasty leftovers. It was really like being at a cafe in Italy. I would absolutely book another experience with her- my boyfriend and I had a wonderful (and tantalizing) experience!

Chef Elisabetta is such a sweet person and amazing chef! The meal was delicious, perfect for my anniversary dinner (my favorite was the handmade pasta) and she generously accommodated to my timing preference. Would definitely recommend booking her for your next event!

Everything about this experience was great! The food was amazing, the wine selections were right on, and Chef Elisabetta is a top notch professional. She is personable, entertained all of our questions, and seamlessly worked in our home to make the whole experience comfortable. My wife and I will book again!

Cooking with chef Elisabetta was so calm and relaxing! My husband surprised me with a cozymeal gift card to have a cooking experience for our anniversary. We made plans with chef Elisabetta who was so prompt with her messaging and accomodated us the very next day on such short notice. We also had a few dietary restrictions because we adhere to a strict halal diet and to our surprise not only was chef Elisabetta accommodating but she was quite knowledgeable about it as well giving us many suggestions on how we could best alter the menu to suit our needs. We loved working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to enjoy fresh and authentic Italian cuisine.

Chef Elisabetta was not only warm, patient, and knowledgeable of Italian cuisine, her stories and personal ties were what made this memorable. You can read a recipe all day long, but in the end Chef Elisabetta taught us how to measure with our senses and how to enjoy life a little more!

This was my first experience with Cozymeal and it was fabulous in every way. My reason for attending was to learn new recipes, new techniques, try amazing food, and meet new people. Chef Elisabetta and my fellow chef-wannabes exceeded my expectations in every way. Chef Elisabetta was a joy to learn from and her menu of Gnocchi, Chicken Piccata, Roasted Vegetables, and Tiramisu was fun to make and very very tasty. The atmosphere, her home/kitchen is the best way to take a cooking class, hats off to Cozymeal for making this happen. We loved our experience with Chef Elisabetta. She is charming, knowledgeable and entertaining. She was a great host and put us right at ease. We learned quite a lot and enjoyed the meal we prepared together. It was our first cozymeal experience and we will definitely do it again.

We took a class with Elisabetta as part of my friend's bachelorette party. Elisabetta was so accommodating from the moment I contacted her to the very end of the class. She was super friendly and professional, gave out clear instructions that was easy to follow. She is such an awesome cook, we learned so many tips and tricks from her. All the dishes were delicious, but the ravioli was a bomb! We had a great time with her! Thank you Elisabetta!

We had a fantastic time cooking together with Elisabetta. We attended as a family of 6 with 3 kids aging from 8, 11 & 15. All the materials were meticulously prepared before we arrived (there's even a beautiful bouquet of bread stick flowers!) We started the cooking process right away after friendly introductions. And the next 3 hours was simply filled with fun, a bit of teamwork and a lot of laughters. Elisabetta was really warm & friendly. She's not only a great cook but also an awesome teacher. We hope we'll remember the tricks in making great Gnocchi & Tiramisu. We will certainly not forget the great experience of a cooking class with Elisabetta! We hope to see her again the next time we visit LA :) Thank you so much Elisabetta!

We booked the Italian cooking class with Chef Elizabetta in Los Angeles and really liked it. We started off by making a great gnocchi from scratch under Chef Elizabetta's instructions, followed by a delicious chicken dish and finally by the Chef's signature tiramisu.

I attended the Italian comfort food cooking class with Chef Elisabetta with my family and we had the best time. She is very knowledgable, had an assistant with her - although we were a small group - and made sure we learnt a lot while we were having fun. We made delicious gnocchi, an amazing chicken dish and a very tasty tiramisu. This was one of the best cooking classes I have had so far!

This class was so much fun and so informative. Chef Elisabetta has lived and cooked throughout the world, so it was great to chat with her about her career combining food and diplomacy (one of my personal interests!) Her food is incredible -- I absolutely loved her risotto, and that panna cotta had the perfect amount of wiggle. I can't wait to make pizza, pasta, and gnocchi with Chef Elisabetta!

I thought I didn't really like gnocchi, but that's probably because I hadn't tried Chef Elisabetta's. She showed us how to make the dough, roll it up, and cut it into perfectly sized pieces like a pro. The consistency of her gnocchi is amazing. It's light and soft and sort of just makes you happy. This meal was terrific down to the very last bite of cocoa-dusted tiramisu.
