Chef Diane has been a professional chef for twenty five years, working in high end gourmet establishments along with catering. She owned the Brickyard Cafe in Cambridge for seven years, which was an eclectic and popular restaurant tucked away in the Fresh Pond area. Chef Diane has co-authored a Zone cookbook on healthy eating and worked as a food consultant with recipe development for a major corporation.

Diane was very knowledgeable but engaging at the same time. We really enjoyed the class.

Fantastic time at Diane's class. I wanted to do something different and fun while visiting my niece and nephew in Boston. This was perfect. Food and atmosphere was casual, relaxed and recipes easy to make. I highly recommend this for something different to do.
