Master sushi rolling in this cooking class with Chef Amira hosted at a social lounge.

In this cooking class, you’ll learn the foundations of Japanese sushi at a trendy local social lounge. You’ll prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice, practice knife skills and create two colorful rolls using fresh ingredients from start to finish.

Roll a classic California roll with nori, sushi rice, surimi, avocado and cucumber, then make a fresh veggie roll with mango, avocado and cucumber. Learn how to use a bamboo mat to roll tightly and slice neat bite-sized pieces that look as good as they taste. Your homemade sushi might just make takeout a little jealous. Book your spot today!
