I was born and raised in Rome. My Father is from Naples and my Mom from Tuscany, both known for excellent cuisine. I've travelled and lived in many countries as a diplomat’s wife. Exposed to cultures and languages, I acquired a flair for sophisticated, international entertaining. While appreciation of the food is key for a successful party, there is also a magic element in entertaining – it’s the soul, the spirit, something indefinable you can only provide with perfect food.

This was my first experience with Cozymeal and it was fabulous in every way. My reason for attending was to learn new recipes, new techniques, try amazing food, and meet new people. Chef Elisabetta and my fellow chef-wannabes exceeded my expectations in every way. Chef Elisabetta was a joy to learn from and her menu of Gnocchi, Chicken Piccata, Roasted Vegetables, and Tiramisu was fun to make and very very tasty. The atmosphere, her home/kitchen is the best way to take a cooking class, hats off to Cozymeal for making this happen. We loved our experience with Chef Elisabetta. She is charming, knowledgeable and entertaining. She was a great host and put us right at ease. We learned quite a lot and enjoyed the meal we prepared together. It was our first cozymeal experience and we will definitely do it again.
