Cooking Class - Spanish Flavors Beyond Paella

What You’ll Do

Chef Douglas introduces guests to delicious Spanish favorites beyond paella and traditional tapas.

In this class, guests will learn lesser-known but delicious Spanish recipes with Chef Douglas. This hands-on class will add new flavors and techniques to your home cooking repertoire.

Chef Douglas teaches guests how to make gazpacho Andaluz with toast points, and sautéed green beans with artichokes, tomatoes, and toasted almonds. Learn the techniques behind albondigas — savory meatballs — in roasted red pepper sauce with elegant saffron rice. For dessert, guests will learn how to make delicate blood orange panna cotta, served with fresh berries and mint.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Douglas and his wife enjoy cooking for friends when they host themed dinners on Sunday evenings to explore new flavors.
