Cook handmade pasta with summer ingredients in this Italian cooking class.
Cook a bright seasonal Italian menu in this fun cooking class in Omaha. Guided by Chef Amjad or a resident chef, you’ll prepare handmade pasta dough, shape orecchiette and cook hand-cut pasta with roasted asparagus and Parmesan. Finish with fresh berries and honey Prosecco zabaglione. You’ll gain hands-on experience with pasta shaping and sauce building. This cooking class in Omaha is a great option for cooks of all levels who want to expand their pasta skills.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
