Cooking Class - Create a Classic Italian Dinner

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Practice Italian cooking skills designed for home cooks.
Prepare classic Italian recipes in this interactive cooking class in Chicago. With guidance from Chef Eric or a resident chef, you’ll make handmade linguine, cook clams in white wine sauce and assemble prosciutto wrapped melon. You’ll finish by baking a fig and raspberry crostata while learning dough handling and baking fundamentals. This cooking class in Chicago focuses on clear techniques you can use to recreate these coastal Italian dishes at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Eric began his culinary climb as a kitchen assistant, garnering real-world experience through the grocery and food service industries. His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
