Cooking Class - Make Authentic Italian Seafood Pasta

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 3-course meal.
Cook Italian pasta from scratch while improving consistency.
Make a full Italian-inspired menu in this fun cooking class in Omaha. Guided by Chef Amjad or a resident chef, you’ll roll fresh pasta dough for linguine with clams and white wine sauce, prepare marinated prosciutto wrapped melon and bake a fig and raspberry crostata. You’ll gain hands-on experience with pasta shaping, sauce building and pastry preparation. This cooking class in Omaha is a great option for beginner and advanced cooks who enjoy learning traditional Italian techniques.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
