Cooking Class - Cook Summer Outdoor Cooking Recipes
$ 99 Per person
all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 5-course meal.
Build a smoky grilled menu in this cooking class while practicing smoking and heat control basics.
Work with fire and smoke in this fun cooking class in NYC. Guided by Chef Emily or a resident chef, you’ll prepare corn fritters with smoked salmon, grilled skirt steak with scallion gremolata and grilled corn with lime butter. You’ll also make a radish and fennel salad and grilled fruit with bourbon butter sauce. This cooking class in NYC is a great option for cooks of all levels who want hands-on practice with grilling and smoky flavors.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
