Work through elegant seafood recipes in this fun cooking class in Omaha. Guided by Chef Amjad or a resident chef, you’ll cook salmon with crisp skin, prepare mussels marinières and poach shrimp with precision. You’ll also make a simple green salad and gain insight from a live fish butchery demonstration. This cooking class in Omaha is a straightforward, hands-on way to improve your skills with cooking seafood.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
