Cooking Class - Authentic French Cooking Essentials

all-inclusive: 2-hour class, 4-course meal.
Learn to cook chef-inspired French classics in this hands-on class.
Build confidence with timeless French recipes in this interactive cooking class in Omaha. With guidance from Chef Amjad or a resident chef, you’ll roast chicken, create a white wine pan sauce, achieve perfectly crisp potatoes and prepare tender artichokes with lemon aioli. You’ll also make classic crêpes for dessert. This cooking class in Omaha focuses on technique, flavor balance and simple methods you can easily recreate at home.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
