Learn the fundamentals of cake decorating in this hands-on cooking class in Omaha. You’ll work with vanilla genoise cake, vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry curd to build, fill and frost a layered cake from start to finish. Chef Amjad or a resident chef will guide you through leveling, stacking and achieving smooth buttercream finishes before adding sugared flowers for decoration.
