What You'll Do

Hand-roll Tuscan pici pasta and blend fresh pesto in this cooking class at an open air beer garden.

Start the cooking class by mixing flour, water and olive oil, then roll the dough into classic Tuscan pici pasta. The process is simple, calming and surprisingly fun once you get into the rhythm.

When your pasta is ready, you’ll blend up a bright pesto with fresh basil, almonds and Parmigiano Reggiano. Toss everything together and sit down to a bowl of warm comfort that tastes like Tuscany in every bite. If you’re craving a slower-paced class where you can cook with your hands and truly unwind, this cooking class is for you.
