WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cook fresh pasta from start to finish with guidance.
Level up your pasta skills in this cooking class in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles) focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Led by Chef Anthony or a resident chef, you’ll make pappardelle with lemon, asparagus and Parmigiano-Reggiano with soft eggs, goat cheese tortellini with pancetta, sweet peas and mint and arugula salad with lemon Parmesan dressing. You’ll build real skills like rolling pasta evenly, sealing tortellini properly and finishing sauces with the right balance in this cooking class in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles). End with limoncello sorbet. Book your cooking class today!

It was a very nice experience. I would prefer not to share with another couple though unless they came with us. It was a delightful time though.

It was a great experience. I attended the class with my husband and our two kids, and we all had an amazing time. The chef made everything very easy to follow and created such a happy, welcoming vibe. My kids absolutely loved it—they had so much fun operating the machine to make cookie dough, mixing all the prepared fudge ingredients together in a bowl on the stove, and decorating and making the strawberry tart. We all worked together and enjoyed the warm and delicious cookies in the end. There was a small accident during the class, but the chef and staff handled it quickly and turned it into a wonderful teaching moment for our kids, showing them that accidents happen and that it’s okay because we can fix them. Overall, it was an excellent and memorable experience. The chef and staff were truly great. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this class to our friends and family.
