Give your teen a week of pastry-focused practice in this hands-on cooking series.

Encourage creativity and technical growth in this fun cooking series in Las Vegas designed for teens ready to go beyond the basics. Over five days, students will prepare advanced pastry projects like St. Honoré cake, fruit tarts, homemade butter, croissants with sweet and savory fillings and custom spice blend morning buns. Guided by Chef Brennan or a resident chef, each session focuses on technique, consistency and presentation. This cooking series in Las Vegas is ideal for teens who want to explore pastry at a more serious, skill-driven level.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

With two decades of experience in professional kitchens, he brings extensive knowledge and enthusiasm to his classes. Whether crafting fine dining experiences or simple, flavorful dishes, Chef Brennan is passionate about cooking and teaching guests how to create delicious meals to share with loved ones. His goal is to inspire culinary confidence and joy in every session.
