What You'll Do

Help your child stay engaged with daily baking projects in this cooking series.

Inspire creativity and independence in this fun cooking series in Las Vegas for young bakers. Guided by Chef Brennan or a resident chef, kids will make ice cream sâ€™mores, slushies, pizza pinwheels, pot pies and baked desserts while learning essential techniques like mixing, shaping and baking. This cooking series in Las Vegas focuses on building foundational kitchen skills in a supportive environment where kids can learn, experiment and have fun.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

We baked brownies, sandwich cookies and a spiral cinnamon pastry. This was a great introduction to baking because the ingredients were already measured for me and the class didn't move too fast. The instructors were extremely helpful which made the whole class a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this class to anyone wanting to get starting with baking.

We had Chef Brendan for the 7:00 PM class on 8/16. First off, this was a blast. There was a wide gamut of skill sets there, from newbies to people with plenty of experience. The chef did a fantastic job of leading this class, making everyone feel capable, and excited to eat the food! As someone who loves to cook, I learned eggs are denatured by sugar, how to poach eggs, and mustards helps emulsify oil. And this is the first thing Iâ€™ve cooked in so long that didnâ€™t have garlic in it: I love garlic but what a cool thing. Plus, my date is a self proclaimed amateur in the kitchen and she genuinely enjoyed this. Sheâ€™s gonna try one of the things even tomorrow. Hey Chef Brendan, Iâ€™m sorry I talked a lot with the person next to me about Reno! You did a great job. Iâ€™m looking forward to the next one.

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

It was a decent class. However I learned only 3 things from it. The dough needs to spring back full for the noodles, basil should be shred not cut with a knife. And an super expensive device is needed to shred the dough into noodles. Dish was decent but shared cooking space kills the return on investment. I'd give cozymeal classes another shot but with lowered expectations on the learning. I suggest cozy make videos of the class to be attended to fill in the knowledge gap. Then attendees could come into class for the hands on experience. That would lessen the buyers remorse from the feeling that I could have just watched a YouTube video. That way when the Chef says "You dont have to go home, but you can't stay here" hits smoother and the class feels less rushed. Also it would be nice to have the recipes ingredients and measurements printed out on the table so it's less of a dump, fry and go experience.

I was disappointed. Billed as date night imagine my surprise to learn it was really double date night. 4 people at a station was not what I signed up for. I got to wisk woopie! I also felt the level of instruction was poor. We were simply given instructions without knowledge of why these ingredients etc. since it was cooking with wine it would have been interesting to know why a merlot was chosen and the type region what characteristics etc. my expectations may have been to high. The description of the class and cozy chef is deceptive. I would recommend this to my friends.

The class lasted only 1.5 hours not 2.5. There were no skills taught. Not even basic knife skills. It was like cooking a meal box that I could get delivered to my home. No, it was worse. Everything was already prepped. the only prep that we did was mince garlic and cut herbs.
