Very fun experience! It was the perfect level of participation for me, sharing responsibilities with the group and volunteering when you wanted to get some hands on experience. Chef Luis was knowledgeable and charismatic, open to helping and teaching us about the food he was making.

Chef Luis was both fun and very helpful. He is a great teacher. The food and drinks were delicious, and there was plenty of it. The best part about Chef Luis is that he let us work at our own pace. If we wanted to get involved we could, and if we wanted to just stand and chat with other class members that was fine too. It was a blast.

Class was very different than I expected. Good food, but experience overall was just okay for the price paid. Would have loved more cooking tips, interaction and more hands on.
