Enroll your teen in a pastry-focused cooking series designed for ages 12+.
Designed for ages 12 and up, this hands-on cooking series in Carmel (Indianapolis) gives teens five focused days to dive deep into advanced baking and pastry skills. Guided by Chef Randy or a professional chef instructor, students will work with pâte à choux, pastry cream, tart dough and laminated pastry while learning the science behind doughs, emulsions and caramel. From St. Honoré cake and fruit tarts to artisan breads and croissants, this cooking series in Carmel (Indianapolis) helps teens build precision, patience and confidence through real pastry techniques.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
