Cooking Class - Croissant Essentials

What You'll Do

Discover the secrets to making perfect sweet and savory croissants.

If you’ve ever wondered how the experts make light, flaky croissants, this cooking class has the answers. Led by a pro chef, you’ll learn how to make croissants from scratch and add two fillings. One is a savory mix of Gruyère cheese and roasted leeks and the other is a rich dark chocolate that’s wrapped in dough to become pain au chocolat.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
