WHAT YOU’LL DO

Make a hibachi-style dinner menu in this hands-on cooking class.
Learn classic Japanese-inspired techniques in this hands-on cooking class in OKC. Prepare savory-sweet chicken teriyaki, shrimp and pork gyoza with dipping sauce and a crisp salad tossed with ginger-orange dressing. You’ll also make ginger crème brûlée and finish with a refreshing yuzu and mint soda. Chef Dylan or a resident chef will guide you through each step with clear, practical instruction. This cooking class in OKC is perfect for anyone who wants hands-on experience with hibachi-style flavors and techniques.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Meal was Latin & delicious. And surprisingly, it was the quickest meal ever (for no particular reason). Chef gave several cooking tips (even ones I didnt know).

The class was easy to follow, and I feel the recipes will be easy to replicate at home. This class should be 3 hrs long, not 2. The dough didn't have enough time to rise and didn't have enough time to bake. My focaccia bread wound up burning because the instructor was moving on with the class and the bread didn't get out of the oven fast enough.
