To kick things off, you’ll simmer fresh shrimp with coconut milk and citrusy lime leaves, then prepare an earthy chicken Thai green curry. There’s also a vegetable pad Thai on the menu, complete with flat ribbons of rice noodles, eggs, tofu and tamarind sauce. To finish, dessert is an indulgent coconut mango sticky rice.
