WHAT YOU’LL DO

Explore the art of chocolate through multiple dessert styles.
Learn essential chocolate dessert skills in this hands-on cooking class in The Woodlands. Make a smooth chocolate tart, dip and decorate chocolate truffles and bake triple chocolate brownies with the ideal texture. Chef Jaken or a resident chef will guide you through melting, mixing and assembling each dessert. This cooking class in The Woodlands is perfect for anyone who wants reliable, practical experience working with chocolate.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

This was a lot of fun. Although I thought it was silly that they crowded us all together with another couple. It felt like too many cooks in the kitchen. And it wasn’t the romantic experience we were hoping for. Two table were empty and it would have been the same amount of food. A few more dirty dishes is all. The couple we were with felt the same way.
