WHAT YOU’LL DO

Prepare breakfast recipes that bring everyone to the kitchen.
Make breakfast the highlight of the day in this hands-on cooking class in Skokie (Chicago). Work together to create fun, family-friendly dishes like cloud egg nests, brown sugar peppercorn bacon and a fluffy Dutch baby topped with strawberries and lemon syrup. You’ll also build colorful smoothie bowls with whole grain granola. Chef William or a resident chef will lead you step by step, making it easy for cooks of all ages to join in. This cooking class in Skokie (Chicago) is perfect for families who love cooking and creating memories together.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 7+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Booked the class Treats for Mom - Family Fun with Chef William in Skokie

We had the resident chef for our class. It was a woman who actually didn’t introduce herself/name. I liked how ingredients was organized. My only suggestion would be to have the lead chef possibly use a mic so everyone can hear (even over the kids since I went to a Mother’s Day event class). Everything tasted great. However, the lemon bars were still liquid texture and some guests ended up leaving without taking them home because we waited 20 min for it cook in the oven and then even after they were not set because they would have to be refrigerated to become solid texture.
