She holds a BA in Art History from the University of Louisville and spent her early career as a visual merchandise manager and scenic artist. After raising three daughters, Chef Jennifer honed her skills further at The Columbus Culinary Institute, earning an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. For the past decade, she has worked as a personal chef, media food stylist and chef instructor.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Develop confidence crafting fresh pasta from scratch.
Get comfortable with pasta-making techniques in this interactive cooking class in Columbus. With help from Chef Jennifer or a resident chef, you’ll make fresh spinach pasta dough, fettuccine with roasted squash and linguine with walnut sage sauce. End with caramel and vanilla affogato for a sweet finish. This cooking class in Columbus offers practical, step-by-step instruction in pasta rolling, cutting and sauce pairing so you can recreate these dishes at home.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
