WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover the art of authentic Spanish cooking in this hands-on class.
Explore classic Spanish flavors in this hands-on cooking class in Houston. Start by shaping and frying crispy Manchego croquettas, then make a traditional potato and spinach tortilla Española. You’ll also learn how to roast pork loin and blend a toasted walnut Romesco sauce from scratch. Finish with Spanish olive oil ice cream topped with Marcona almonds. Chef Jaken or a resident chef will guide you step by step. This cooking class in Houston is perfect for anyone who enjoys learning real kitchen skills while cooking bold, flavorful dishes.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
