This hands-on cooking class with Chef Nancy takes you on a Spanish-inspired journey with colorful plates and tasty bites. You'll learn to make filling tapas with the addition of striking black rice.

You'll start with homemade orange apple sangria before diving into a classic tortilla layered with golden potatoes and eggs. Next, prepare pork tenderloin tocino with a smoky paprika de vera rub, followed by garlic shrimp and mushrooms with spicy chorizo.
