This beginner-friendly cooking class, led by Chef Gregory, will teach you how to craft pasta from scratch so you can experience the taste of Italy at home. You'll learn different techniques like rolling, shaping and stuffing your pasta with tasty ingredients, as well as curate homemade sauces.

Begin the evening by mixing the dough for tagliatelle and fettuccine noodles and make a scrumptious orechiette with ricotta cheese. Next, make ravioli with several stuffing variations and complete the evening with a decadent panna cotta or ice cream. Register for this exciting class today!
