WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor delicious French cuisine in this interactive class.
Celebrate timeless French flavors in this hands-on cooking class in Raleigh. Guided by Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll prepare coq au vin blanc with tender chicken and white wine, pommes aligot with creamy potatoes and cheese and roasted asparagus finished with tarragon brown butter. For dessert, indulge in an elegant espresso chocolate mousse topped with whipped cream. This French cooking class in Raleigh is beginner-friendly yet gourmet, making it the perfect way to enjoy a fun and flavorful holiday evening.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
