Discover the joy of holiday tamales in this hands-on cooking class in King of Prussia (Philadelphia). Guided by Chef Cristina or one of the talented resident chefs, youâ€™ll craft fresh masa and fill it with delicious combinations like shredded pork and green mole, plus cotija cheese, corn and poblano with pasilla sauce. Sip on homemade horchata as you learn the step-by-step process of wrapping and steaming tamales to perfection. This cooking class in King of Prussia (Philadelphia) is perfect for food lovers seeking a festive, flavorful way to celebrate the holidays.

We enjoyed our ravioli making class, it was absolutely delicious! Tasha was a great teacher and we will definitely try this recipe at home. Our only feedback is that we went as a couple and didnâ€™t love that our group was a foursome and that meant that other peopleâ€™s hands were all over our food. I understand that some might come as singles and thatâ€™s absolutely greatâ€”we love meeting new people and sharing the table space with others is enjoyable. But not everyone adheres to the food handling rules and this was a bit off-putting. If the recipe could be split up for each person or twosome to have their own ingredients, we would have enjoyed it a bit more. Again, loved the recipe though.

The class was spectacular - the chef was very professional, instructions were clear, fun was had by all. And the macarons were delicious! The only issue we had was with Cozymeal. It said the class started at 9 when it actually started at 10, and that it would last 2 hours when it was actually a 3 hour class. The chef listed in Cozymeal was not the chef we had.

was NOT Cristina, but was fun. Only one complaint. When we were leaving, others from the class had copies of all the recipies of what we cooked, we did NOT receive this. Can someone send me a copy of the recipes from this class? thank you
