WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft savory tamales in this hands-on holiday cooking class.
Join Chef Royale or one of the talented resident chefs in Darien for a holiday-inspired cooking class celebrating the tradition of tamales. You’ll prepare fresh masa and fill it with classic flavors such as shredded pork with green mole and cotija cheese, corn and poblano with pasilla sauce. Pair your creations with a refreshing glass of horchata for the ultimate festive touch. This cooking class in Darien is equal parts fun and delicious, offering a hands-on way to celebrate Mexican flavors this holiday season.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
