Begin with stuffed mushrooms seasoned with white wine, thyme, lemon and garlic. Next, bake chicken Parmigiana layered with homemade marinara sauce, tender chicken breast and fresh mozzarella cheese. You’ll also craft your own fresh pasta, choosing from fettuccine, spaghetti or gnocchi. Finally, prepare a refreshing limoncello zested cheesecake for a sweet and citrusy finish. Justin is very friendly and his professionalism is top notch. He has a keen eye for detail. The high-end cuisine that Justin produces is easily comparable to the greatest restaurants I have visited. He spends painstaking hours whipping up some of the most flavorful dishes I have ever had. His almost artful pairing of ingredients create many beautiful flavor profiles in each dish he presents. I highly suggest you try his food. I promise you will not regret it.
