WHAT YOU’LL DO

Enjoy a flavorful journey across India’s culinary landscape.
Join Chef Royale or one of the talented resident chefs in Darien for a cooking class that brings out the bold spirit of Indian cuisine. Begin with chicken tikka masala simmered in rich sauce with basmati rice, then prepare roasted eggplant brightened with coriander and ginger. Roll and cook scallion naan by hand before blending a mango yogurt lassi to cool things down. This cooking class in Darien offers hands-on fun with approachable recipes full of spice and flavor. Whether you join solo or with friends, you’ll leave with delicious new skills for your kitchen.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
