Discover Roman classics in this hands-on cooking class in Columbus. Start with toasted bruschetta topped with olive tapenade and ricotta, then prepare pork chops saltimbocca with savory prosciutto and herbs. You’ll also craft pasta carbonara with creamy sauce and pancetta before making honey ricotta cheesecake for dessert. Chef Jennifer or one of the talented resident chefs will guide you through each step with approachable techniques perfect for all levels. This cooking class in Columbus is ideal for food lovers eager to explore Italian flavors. Bring a partner, a friend or join solo for an evening of culinary adventure.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
