WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create flaky crusts and rich fillings for fall favorites.
Bake your way through fall favorites in this pie and tart cooking class in Raleigh. With help from Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll make classic apple cranberry pie with a lattice top, a smooth chocolate-hazelnut tart and extra pie crust cookies. Learn how to handle pie dough, build fillings and decorate with simple techniques that make a big impact. This fun, relaxed cooking experience in Raleigh is great for all skill levels.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
