With guidance from Chef Megan or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll sear steak in cast iron, craft a fragrant thyme potato gratin and create a vibrant beet and haricot vert salad with toasted hazelnut vinaigrette. For dessert, you’ll bake perfect chocolate soufflés to share. Plus, take home your own Le Creuset 1.75-qt. Heritage Au Gratin dish ($53.95 value) to recreate the magic. This dreamy evening in Raleigh is the ultimate date night experience!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I did the lobster ravioli class with Chef Megan. It was so fun but still professional. We will definitely doing a class again soon. I recommend this for date night for anyone.
