Cook up warm, comforting desserts and create your own spice mix.

Join Chef Jessica or a talented resident chef in Costa Mesa for a pumpkin-themed cooking class packed with fall flavor. Youâ€™ll create spiced pumpkin ice cream, baked donuts with glaze and a warm soufflÃ© from scratch. Then, have fun building your own mini pumpkin dessert board with styling tips straight from your local chef. Whether youâ€™re a dessert fan or just love autumn, this creative class in Costa Mesa offers sweet hands-on fun. Bring your appetite, your love for pumpkin and your camera for some seriously tasty memories!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The assigned chef was very nice, well organized, a good instructor, and he shared helpful cooking tips. Menu was tasty and should be easy to repeat at home. The other participants were very nice, and we especially enjoyed the mother and adult son who were part of our foursome cooking team.

The resident chef was informative, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and fun!! My complaints are that it was very expensive and the food was cold when we ate it. The food was fun to make and we learned a lot.

We had a different Chef. Vietnamese guy and he was great! Great things about this experience: 1- Learned new cooking techniques 2- Chef was super attentive and answered all questions asked 3- smooth process Things I would've liked instead: 1- I would've preferred being in a group of two instead of four to get more hands on experience. 2- correct ingredients.

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

I went for the croissant baking class. Instructor was great. Itâ€™s very disappointing that they donâ€™t provide ingredients and tools to each participant. In a class with 7 people we were given 2 sets of dough and materials to work with. Weâ€™d take turns rolling the dough, two people rolling or kneading or using the mixing stand while the others watched. Thatâ€™s not we signed up for. Please provide each participant with their own set of ingredients and tools to follow instructions. After all we donâ€™t split the cost of the class with the participants so why we are standing around watching as we take turns working with the 2 bowls of flour that was provided..

Experience would have been better if there cooking was not divided up among 4 people. The cooking is dramatically diminished when you have to divide up the cooking among 4 individuals. It not quite fair considering each person paid $100 for the experience. I did not pay to watch other people cook for me.

The meal was okay. Our burner didnâ€™t work well so our stake didnâ€™t sear. The marketing said there would be coffee, water and tea. There was little cups of water that are given at a doctors office which isnâ€™t appropriate when one pays $100 per person. Alsoâ€”14 people in such a small setting isnâ€™t ideal either. The room is better for 4 couples so we all have sufficient space. Iâ€™m disappointed to say the least

This class was misrepresented as steak and gnocchi when, in reality, they hid the fact that it was risotto and Chicken thigh. On top of that, we had to share a cooking station with another couple and were given a single piece of chicken each to eat. For the price, I would never recommend doing this class. Maybe if they paid you, it would be worth it, but I would tell anyone considering doing this to do it at home with the help of a YouTube video. It will be more romantic, and you'll actually cook what you plan, not some random meal that was hidden in the website.
