This cooking class offers adventurous foodies the chance to follow in the footsteps of Anthony Bourdain, recreating recipes from some of his favorite spots in Vietnam. Sign up, and you’ll learn from another world-class chef how to create a menu packed with some of the Vietnamese most renowned culinary exports.
You’ll master a recipe for a pork belly bahn mi sandwich with cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño, carrots and daikon. You’ll also rustle up a chicken pho with rice noodles, bean sprouts, sriracha and hoisin sauce, plus a shrimp salad roll with a deliciously moreish tamarind dipping sauce. Finish with some fragrant mango sticky rice - this lesson is a delight!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
