WHAT YOU’LL DO

Create your own authentic collection of sensational South American selections.
Nothing captures the spirit of the Latin culinary landscape quite like the dishes you'll create in this thoughtful cooking class. Discover simple methods for doing up your dinner table with spice-infused grilled chicken, chorizo with rice and black-eyed peas, taco-like rajas con queso and sweet banana fritters in lessons conducted by an expert instructor.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

The facility was great and so was our instructor. Taking a star off because we thought we would get to make classic croissants but it was only morning buns (cinnamon rolls) and pan au chocolait. It was still a great experience.
