WHAT YOU’LL DO

Discover a new way to cook salmon in this elegant and inspiring hands-on cooking class.
Get hands-on with refined French techniques in a cooking class that’s surprisingly approachable. You’ll wrap and steam salmon in parchment, crisp up herbed potatoes and whisk together a bright mustard vinaigrette. Finish with a chocolate crêpe and dreamy whipped cream. It’s a light, elegant dinner that feels fancy without the fuss.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
