WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master essential knife skills in a cooking class that builds confidence, speed and kitchen safety.
Learn professional knife skills as you cook a full Italian menu from scratch in this cooking class. Practice precision cuts for minestrone packed with garden vegetables, master even slicing for panzanella salad and get hands-on with butchering and carving a Florentine-style steak. You’ll even refine your baking prep as you slice and portion chocolate biscotti to pair with creamy zabaglione. This class blends technical skills with bold, comforting flavors straight from Tuscany.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
