WHAT YOU’LL DO

Impress yourself in a gourmet cooking class with luxe French techniques and buttery, craveable flavors.
Bring aristocratic flair to the kitchen in this hands-on Downton Abbey-themed cooking class. Inspired by the grandeur of early 20th-century estate dining, this experience teaches classic French techniques behind a truly elegant meal. Sear scallops with precision, whisk a Champagne beurre blanc and craft truffle-infused dauphinoise potatoes alongside tender green beans almondine. Finish with île flottante, a showstopping dessert of meringue and crème anglaise fit for a manor house feast. Ideal for fans of fine cuisine and period drama alike, aprons and tiaras optional.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
