WHAT YOU’LL DO

Shape rustic and refined dishes that capture Spain’s essence.
This cooking class guides you through skillful rice cooking and seafood preparation to create an authentic seafood paella. You’ll develop knife skills while assembling a fresh kale salad with crunchy Marcona almonds and rich Manchego. Learn the art of frying crispy patatas bravas and finish with a silky Spanish custard topped with caramelized sugar. Sign up now for a festive Spanish feast.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
