WHAT YOU’LL DO

Savor deep Italian flavors in this rustic yet elegant class on braising, roasting and more.
Taste the soulful side of Italian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class. Guided by a skilled chef, you’ll sear and braise tender osso buco, prepare velvety polenta laced with Parmesan cheese and roast lemony broccolini for a bright side. Finish your decadent meal with a cloud-like mascarpone semifreddo crowned with Amarena cherries. Learn the techniques that give traditional Italian dishes their rich depth and bright finish.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
