WHAT YOU’LL DO

Celebrate outdoor dining with handmade pasta, seasonal salad and a dark chocolate version of tiramisu.
Savor the flavors of Italy’s al fresco dining with this fresh and hands-on cooking class. Guided by a top-tier chef, you’ll knead, roll and cut homemade pasta dough to craft creamy fettuccine carbonara. Then, prepare a sweet-savory salad featuring kale, corn, heirloom tomatoes and nectarines. Complete your meal with a memorable dessert: dark chocolate tiramisu. It’s the perfect balance of indulgence and freshness, ideal for any food lover.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
