WHAT YOU’LL DO

French flavors and refined techniques fill this class with Parisian charm from start to finish.
Turn your kitchen into a Parisian bistro with this elegant, hands-on cooking class. Guided by a top-tier chef, you'll learn how to wrap and steam salmon en papillote with dill and fennel, roast golden potatoes with herbs and braise leeks with a tangy vinaigrette. Finish your decadent meal with paper-thin chocolate crêpes and cloud-like Chantilly cream. You'll explore parchment cooking, sharpen knife skills and learn French dessert techniques.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
