WHAT YOU’LL DO

Build confidence with your blade while cooking a bold Tuscan meal from soup to sweets.
In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll build confidence with your knife while crafting authentic Italian dishes. Led by a world-class chef, you’ll learn to cube vegetables with precision for minestrone, slice for a fresh panzanella and carve a classic steak Florentine. For dessert, chop pecans for chocolate biscotti and prepare silky zabaglione. Perfect for beginners and seasoned home cooks. With every cut, you’ll gain new skills and unforgettable flavor.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
