Explore chocolate making in three decadent dessert forms: crunchy honeycomb, creamy truffles and airy soufflés.
Journey through the rich world of chocolate in this indulgent dessert cooking class. Learn the secrets behind creating crunchy chocolate-covered honeycomb, luscious espresso-kissed amaretto truffles and a light-as-air chocolate soufflé. Top-tier pastry chefs guide you step-by-step, offering expert tips for flavor balance, texture and artistry. Whether you're a baking newbie or a chocolate connoisseur, this hands-on culinary experience delivers pure cocoa bliss.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
