WHAT YOU’LL DO

Teens will craft their favorite international dishes like homemade pasta in this summer series.
Teens become culinary ambassadors in this globe-trotting cooking class series. Guided by an expert chef, students 12 and older will prepare a menu from a different region each day and focus on advanced cooking techniques and kitchen safety. Students work in small groups to build their confidence and communication skills. On the final day, a fun challenge puts all their new skills to the test in a mystery meal showdown.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This event is suitable for kids aged 12-17

Had a wonderful experience, the teacher did an amazing job with her knowledge and explanations. Answering questions down to the temperature of the oven for different pastries. The class flew by!
